The Executive 20 Term 3.3
automatically includes an Initial Period Guarantee Rider, which extends
the base plans five-year guarantee to the full 20 years. On
the Executive 20/10 Term Product, premiums are guaranteed to remain
level for 10 years, but are anticipated to remain level for the entire
20-year period. Because of the shorter 20/10 guarantee, premiums for
this product are lower. |

to remain level for 30 years.

Insured Riders are available for additional protection on the base
insured or other individuals. OIRs can be exchanged for an individual

guaranteed period on each product, premiums can be increased but can
never exceed the guaranteed premiums. Following the initial period,
premiums increase annually to age 95. |
